Never received my order

UPDATED: My order was on its way & was destroyed because it was damaged from either poor packaging or abuse of package. USPS said they'd let the shipper know what happened but I never received a new order. I contacted Gold Club Canine thru fb messenger, email & thru fb messenger on one of their personal pages. No one has answered me or resent the product. I've been waiting since Dec 24th for my product. This is ridiculous. Im completely out of it & I'm not buying another bottle after I've already spent the $50+ for one.
